We took Jack for his 4 month checkup today. He had to get 3 more shots which had something like 7 different vaccines in them. He did great just a momentary fuss when he got stuck but otherwise no trouble. He also got his first X-Ray today. The doctors (Jennifer who is in the pictures) [...]
I originally took this video to show Lindsay some of what Jack is doing when I am here with him during the day. Since he never gets a bottle when Lindsay is around she would not get to see this “new skill” so Jack and I put on a little show for the camera.

Of course the primary reason for the trip to Bath County and Windy Cove Church was Jack’s baptism on April 1st. For those of you in the family yes there was a video done of the service and we will have a copy to share soon. For now just a few pictures. [...]
The second half of our vacation was up to Bath County. Once you have seen the beach I guess the mountains are all that’s left. So we spent some time with the Sherrards. Jack got to enjoy activities with each. Aunt Katy was an English major so I guess she could handle reading Squishy Turtle [...]
I guess you could say we all had a lot of fun at the beach on vacation!
What was your favorite beach activity as a kid? Building sand castles? Swimming? Well Jack is only 3 months old so his favorite beach activity you can pretty much tell by these pictures.

Aunt Dorothy and Aunt Anna Beth both had quite a lot of travel to get to the beach for such a short weekend. As you can see in this video Jack was happy to see them both.

Thanks to all of you who have waited so patiently for more Jack pictures we have made it back home from our two weeks of scattered vacation. Here is Jack with us down on the beach. We enjoyed walking him in the jogging stroller on the nice wide flat beach.
